Enugu Labor Party candidate, Edeoga collapses as Court delivers judgement
The Enugu Labor Party gubernatorial candidate, Chijioke Edeoga lost consciousness today at the Federal High Court, Abuja, following the judgement delivered by Justice Evelyn Maha.
The collapse was said to have happened immediately the Court made the pronouncement that the primary that produced him was a total fraud.
Edeoga and Capt. Evarest Nnaji, popularly known as Odengene, have been enmeshed in legal tussle over the rightful governorship candidate of the Labour Party since both men defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after the May 25, 2022 primary election.
Justice Evelyn Maha of Court 11, Federal High Court, dismissed the primary election that produced Edeoga as a hoax and ordered the party to conduct a fresh primary election withing 14 days.
